I’ve been learning more about Co-Impact Sourcing and I really appreciate how it goes beyond traditional supply chains by focusing on ethical sourcing and community development.

However, I’ve been wondering about something and would love to hear different perspectives from Subway Surfers City group:

As programs scale across different regions, what are the most effective ways to ensure that community impact is consistently measured and not just reported at a surface level?

For example:

• How do we track long-term improvements in farmer livelihoods beyond initial income changes?

• Are there standardized frameworks used across sourcing regions, or does it vary significantly by project?

• How can transparency be improved so that end consumers truly understand the impact behind each sourced product?

I’m especially interested in how different teams handle data collection in rural or hard-to-access areas, where reporting might be more challenging.

Would love to hear insights from anyone working directly in sourcing, sustainability, or field operations. Real-world experience would be incredibly valuable here.
