One of the things I truly appreciate about doTERRA’s sourcing trips is the opportunity to see how Co-Impact Sourcing® works in real life. It’s not just about sourcing essential oil plants from different regions of the world; it’s about creating long-term partnerships with farmers, growers, and distillers.

When local communities are involved in the cultivation and harvesting process, the benefits go far beyond the final product. Farmers gain stable income opportunities, communities receive support for education and infrastructure, and traditional agricultural knowledge is preserved.

What I find especially inspiring is how sourcing trips allow participants to connect directly with the people behind the oils. Seeing the fields, meeting the growers, and understanding the care that goes into each harvest really changes how you think about the products.
